If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.

Interpretation
The words in which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

"Company" (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to THE FR STORE.

"Goods" refers to the items offered for sale.

"Orders" means a request by you to purchase goods from us.

"Website" refers to thefr.store, accessible from https://thefr.store

"You" means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, and our return process will apply.
To cancel, you must inform us of your decision by sending an email to: adhira.ngo@gmail.com with your order ID.
Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days using the same payment method you used for the order.
Conditions for Returns
We have a 1-day return policy for damaged or defective items only.
To be eligible for a return:

You must request the return within 1 day of delivery.

You must provide clear photo or video proof of the damage or defect.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
The following goods cannot be returned:

Goods returned without proof of damage or defect

Size-related returns or exchanges (please check the size chart before purchase)

Customized or personalized products

Perishable goods

Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Returning Goods
Once your return is approved, you will be provided with return shipping instructions.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us, unless the return is due to our error.

Returned items must be sent to the address provided in the return approval email.

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipment.
Refunds
If your return is approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.
